Human Resource Management Degree: Robert Morris University Human Resource Management Degree | Robert Morris University

The Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Management program addresses the need for competent human resource managers with an advanced understanding of employee retention, development, succession planning, compensation, benefits administration, health care, retirement planning, pensions, finance, and decision sciences.

The program combines the academic rigor of a master's degree with the practical skills needed to succeed in human resource management. You'll gain a strong theoretical foundation in the field while learning to apply practical application of theoretical concepts to the workplace.

While some human resource master's degree programs focus on functional areas such as labor or industrial relations, RMU's program provides a more strategic focus, preparing graduates for careers as successful HR managers and executives and key members of an organization's leadership team.
