Online Human Resource Management Degree: Robert Morris University Online Human Resource Management Degree | Robert Morris University

Online

The Master of Science in Human Resource Management online degree program addresses the need for competent human resource managers with an advanced understanding of employee retention, development, succession planning, compensation, benefits administration, health care, retirement planning, pensions, finance and decision sciences.

This 30-credit program, which is offered exclusively online, combines the academic rigors of a master's degree with the practical skills needed to succeed in human resource management. You'll gain a strong theoretical foundation in the field while learning to apply practical application of theoretical concepts to the workplace.

While some human resource master's degree programs focus on functional areas such as labor or industrial relations, RMU's program provides a more strategic focus, preparing graduates for careers as successful HR managers and executives and key members of an organization's leadership team.
