Undergraduate

The integrated BSBA/MBA degree program will help students develop unique expertise and increase their value and choices in the career marketplace. This innovative and flexible program links the fundamentals that are learned at the BSBA level with the problem-solving orientation of the MBA program to enhance students’ ability to identify and implement strategies and to solve business problems.

 

  • Completion of 90 credits at the undergraduate level which include the following courses
    • ACCT1010, Introduction to Financial Accounting
    • ACCT2060, Managerial Accounting
    • MARK3100, Principles of Marketing
    • MGMT3100, Principles of Management
    • FINA3000, Principles of Finance
    • STAT2100, Statistics
    • ECON1020, Principles of Macroeconomics
    • ECON1030, Principles of Microeconomics
    • MATH2040, Finite Math & Applied Calculus
    • INFS1020, Introduction to Decision Support Systems
    • COSK2230, Business and Professional Communications
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.00
  • Six credits with major earned at RMU with a 3.00 minimum GPA
  • A completed program application
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Beginning Fall 2014, the minimum GMAT score required to be admitted to this program is 470.
    *Please submit a copy of your GMAT scores from the day the exam was taken.
The program requires that students take 156 credits (120 undergraduate credits and 36 graduate credits). Students will earn both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration upon completion of the program.
  • Graduate courses run in a 16 week semester with two 8 week accelerated sessions
  • Certain courses can be taken in either an online or on-ground format
  • On-ground classes meet one night a week from 6:00PM – 10:00PM
  • Classes are offered Monday through Thursday nights
  • Possibly extend your RMU Scholarship to include a fifth year of study
    (There are no scholarships for Graduate students!)
  • Shorten undergraduate degree by a total of 2 courses
    (usually 2 business administration electives)
  • Complete bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the same time in as little as five years
The Integrated Flat Rate of tuition is just a little over $1000 per year more than the Traditional Flat Rate of tuition. Traditional graduate students must pay per credit so having the flat rate option with the Integrated program is a huge savings in additional to your RMU scholarship applying in the fifth year of study.
Students will delay their undergraduate degree completion and participation in commencement ceremonies until completion of the integrated program.
