Professional Background- Advisor to Undergraduate Design Team: Advised the Robert Morris University undergraduate design team. The team won first place in the 2011 Energy Efficient Buildings Competition and received a $5000 award.
- Co-Advisor to Undergraduate SAE Baja Team: Co-advised the Robert Morris University undergraduate Society of Automotive Engineers Baja team that consists of 18 students. The team will compete in the national SAE Baja competition from June 8-11, 2011 in Peoria, Illinois.
- Supervisor for Undergraduate Researchers: Designed and directed a University of Pittsburgh undergraduate research project using a concentrating solar test rig to create distilled water from waste heat.
