This is a pilot program offered through RMU Library, in cooperation with the Center for Student Success, the Office of Academic Affairs, and the Barnes & Noble Bookstore.
The textbooks are maintained in the Reserve Section of the RMU Library -- behind the Circulation Desk. A list of courses with textbooks available through the Textbook Reserve Program can be found here; a list of these textbooks by title can be found here.
An RMU Freedom Card or another form of photo ID is required to check out any materials from the Textbook Reserve Program. Textbooks can be checked out for three hours, but they must remain in the Library during that time period. A late fee of $5 per hour will be charged for book returned late. A non-refundable fee equal to the cost of the book plus $100 will be charged for books that are borrowed but not not returned.
NOTE: There are also other textbooks that are available on reserve in the Library, which are instructor's textbook copies and are placed on reserve by professor request. These materials are findable by searching the "Course Reserves" tab in ROBCAT or by asking at the Library's Circulation Desk. There are also RMU textbooks available through the Center for Student Success Lending Library.
The textbook purchases for this pilot program were provided by the generous support of the RMU Library and the Student Emergency Fund.
