Thanks to a federal grant worth nearly $1 million, RMU is expanding its degree and certificate programs to prepare Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to provide mental health care care to patients of all ages. The Access to Interprofessional Mental Health Education (AIME) project will prepare nurse practitioners to work in interprofessional teams to manage patients with psychiatric and multiple chronic conditions.

Three program options are available, based on previous experience and academic preparation. RMU's programs are offered on-site or via distance technology:
