Robert Morris University and its AACSB-accredited School of Business combine two of its highly respected business programs with our integrated MBA/M.S. in Human Resource Management program.
Only 51 credits, this comprehensive program allows you to acquire both the business acumen of our MBA and the focused expertise of a human resource professional.
Most of our graduate programs can be completed in 27 months or less, through in-class, online or hybrid study.
The M.S. in Human Resources Management program is offered completely online; the MBA may be taken online or in traditional on-ground format.
Take classes one night a week through your course of study. Admission is rolling and classes start every eight weeks. You can also choose to pursue your degree full- or part-time.
The new 18,000-square-foot School of Business complex, which includes the PNC Trading Center, the United States Steel Corporation Videoconferencing and Technology Center, and The ATI Center, gives the university’s business school its first official home at its campus in suburban Moon Township.
This new building features the latest in business technology. Among other features, 12 Bloomberg terminals give students access to real-time financial market data, and a Cisco telepresence room that allows for an immersive videoconferencing experience.
RMU’s business faculty is a diverse group with corporate and global business experience, bringing the advantage of real-world knowledge directly into the classroom. Many hold professional certifications in their discipline, and they guide our students in pursuing professional certifications.
Our faculty members are actively involved with the business community and professional organizations, providing endless educational and networking opportunities for our students, both in and outside of classroom. They also conduct applied research projects on emerging business topics involving our students. They take pride in getting to know their students from day one and in being part of their career path after graduation.
