*WELLNESS TIP* Try sighing to relax. Sit or stand up straight. Inhale naturally, but deeply. Let out a sound of deep relief as the air rushes out your lungs. When you exhale, shake your hands away from your body as if you were throwing away your tension. Repeat eight to 12 times.
