Waiver Information
Prior to entering the electronic waiver application, the student should verify that their insurance plan meets the minimum requirements set forth below:

1. Hospital Coverage
2. Ambulance Coverage
3. Emergency Room Services
4. Policy Maximum of $100,000
5. Pre-existing condition coverage
6. Maternity coverage

The insurance cost of $944 will be charged to the student's account. Once comparable coverage is verified, students should enter the policy information requested through eServices prior to the first day of the semester. Once alternate insurance information is received, the health insurance charge will be removed from the account.
