Robert Morris University encourages promotion from within whenever qualified employees are available and interested.
RMU employees are urged to contact the Human Resources Department if they feel they are qualified for the announced
opening. For certain academic positions, the contact may be directed to the Provost and Senior Vice President for
Academic Affairs, the Dean of the School or Academic Department Head as indicated on the position posting below.
Positions are announced for a period of 5 business days to internal candidates. Positions will remain open to outside
candidates until filled or withdrawn.
The University may decide at any time to reduce or change the status/title of a position that is posted. If the
position is placed on hold, the Human Resources Department will notify internal candidates. If the position is released,
applicants will have to re-apply.
