Robert Morris University seeks an exceptional Dean of the School of Business to lead one of its most heralded academic programs into new chapters of growth and success.

Located on a stunning campus outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Robert Morris is a private comprehensive institution committed to active learning and student success.  The University is recognized for integrating liberal arts with a professionally focused, applied education that prepares students for leadership in a rapidly changing world. The new Dean will be expected to provide leadership to an ambitious agenda that strives to achieve excellence in teaching and scholarship, provide a transformative learning experience, secure a strong resource base through fund raising and strategic relationships, and develop its students into engaged citizens and business leaders.

Accredited by AACSB International, the RMU School of Business employs over 60 full-time faculty, in the following academic departments:  Accounting and Taxation, Economics, Finance, Management (which includes Hospitality and Tourism), Marketing, and Sport Management.  In addition to the BSBA, the School offers the MBA, as well as the M.S. in Human Resource Management, Taxation, and Nonprofit Management. Faculty and administrative offices are in Massey Center, while teaching facilities are centered in a spectacular 18,000 square foot School of Business building, opened in 2011. Fall 2011 undergraduate enrollment in majors was 1491 students, while enrollment in Master's programs was 261.
