SACE2200 - Appld Organiz Ldrship Skills I

Fall 2011

This course, targeting both new and experienced leaders, is designed to combine behavioral theory with real life and workplace practice. It will introduce the students to leadership theory and concepts as well as provide an understanding of the importance of becoming a caring leader. In addition, a series of self evaluation and applied exercises are designed to develop students' skills as leaders. Leadership is viewed as an art that can be developed through self exploration and the development of key interpersonal skills.
Prerequisites: PSYC1010 and SOCI1010
