ARTM1020 - 2D Design Principles
Fall 2012 This studio course is a study of basic principles, materials and processes of two-dimensional design and its application to visual communication design. Through a series of interdisciplinary assignments, students develop a heightened awareness and sensitivity to the visual elements of design, increasing their confidence in creating two-dimensional images. Theoretical and practical aspects of the design process will be examined as well as visual. All assignments will stress experimentation and creative approaches to art and design. 3 Credits |
