BIOL1060 - Physical Fitness:Measmnt/Apprs
Fall 2012 This course (Physical Fitness: Measurement and Appraisal) is an applied science-based course offering the student a survey of the area of physical fitness, an important segment of sports related-field. The student will learn basic anatomical and physiological concepts relating to physical fitness and exercise. As part of the measurement procedure, the student will become acquainted with the various technical devices and tests commonly used to evaluate general as well as specific areas of fitness. 3 Credits |
