EDUC6880 - Corporate Training II Fall 2012 Corporate Training II studies the recent paradigm shift from training to workplace learning and performance, and looks at how it improves human performance; balances individual and organizational needs, and improves financial performance. This class will also examine adult learning styles, student-centered learning, instructional/curriculum design, and classroom delivery. In-class discussions, reading, research, role play, online threaded discussions, and lesson delivery will be used to provide learners with a comprehensive view of corporate training in today's business environment. 3 Credits
