INFS3450 - Quan Analy For Inf Sys Prof
Fall 2012 This course provides the student with applications of discrete analytic methods in software design and development, programming, networks and data communication, operating systems and computer hardware, database design and implementation, and network security. Topics include sets, Boolean logic, logic statements and rules, functions, relations, foundations of relational databases, directed and undirected graphs, shortest path determination, programming language documentation, number systems, code sets (like ASCII, Unicode, ISO standards), and searching algorithms.
