MBAD6720 - Facility Management Fall 2012 This course will focus on the principles and practices of operating sport facilities, including stadiums/arenas, recreation and community centers, golf and tennis facilities, and swimming pools. The course will cover design, financing and construction of such facilities in addition to operational issues of personnel, access, security, scheduling, risk management, concessions, and other related areas. Students will study existing facilities and are expected to design a proposed facility as part of the course. Prerequisite: MBAD6601 or permission of the department head 3 Credits
