INFS6630 - Geographic Info Sys: Tutrl/App Spring 2013 The primary goal of the course is to introduce to the students to Geographic Information Systems and to prepare them to become familiar with the core capabilities and the wide range of applications. With hands-on experience working through the tutorials, the students are expected to develop a critical understanding of GIS as well as the use of information with spatial analysis, leading to GIS projects and applications. 3 Credits
