MSNM6150 - Fund Strategic Mgt Nonprof Or Spring 2013 This is the capstone course which focuses on the principles and techniques of strategic management as they relate to nonprofit organizations. Students, through readings, case analysis, on-line directed group discussions, instructor consultations, and independent study, are expected to demonstrate an understanding of the theory, principles and techniques of strategy development and implementation by creating a strategic plan or an original case for a nonprofit organization. Undergraduate Prerequisite: Statistics Graduate Prerequisites: MSNM core courses 3 Credits
