NURS7300 - Ldrshp Mgmt Sem/Practicum III Spring 2013 The final course is the capstone course for the nursing administration program. It is designed to provide the student with the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities to integrate the administrative knowledge and skills they have developed throughout the program. A critical component of this course is the practicum with a designated preceptor. The major focus of the practicum will be to initiate and complete a clinical resource utilization project. The seminar portion will provide a forum for discussion as well as individual and group activities and presentations. General content will include strategic planning and leadership issues. 3 credits Prerequisites: NURS7200 3 Credits
