PHIL1000 - Survey Of World Religions
Fall 2013 Survey of World Religions explores the basic nature of religion by examining the major "living" world religions and their cultural manifestations. Close attention will be paid to the various religions' doctrine, symbols, stories, institutions, and rituals. Emphasis will be placed on understanding and appreciating the diversity of religious belief and experience throughout the world. 3 credits 3 Credits |
