EDUC6600 - Prof Issues Seminar

Spring 2014

This course allows education professionals who are pursuing certification as an Instructional Technology Specialist or other classroom teacher certifications to explore the numerous effects technology has on the educational process and environment. Seminar participants will review the current theories related to inclusion of technology in the instructional process and perform an in-depth analysis of one area of technology and educational interaction. By presenting their area of specialization and participating in critical debate in the classroom related to the other presentations, students will obtain a broad view of the various issues related to the management of a technology program in a public or private educational system.
Prerequisites: Permission of Department Head.
