MGMT3400 - Organizational Behavior

Spring 2014

The course takes a three level view of behavior, focusing on individuals, groups, and organizations as complete systems. Through the use of team building exercises, discussion, case studies, role playing, and research, students sharpen their abilities to understand and influence behavior within organizations. Experiential materials assist students in achieving greater self-awareness. Topics include personality characteristics, motivation, group behavior, leadership, power, communication, conflict, and decision-making. Communication Skills sections available.
Prerequisites: MGMT3100 and 60 Credits
