NURS9210 - Psychiatric Diagnosis
Summer 2014: Doctora This clinical practicum is designed to complement the content in the Psychiatric Diagnosis course and expand on the application of diagnostic reasoning skills developed in the Advanced Physical Assessment/Diagnosis course. The focus of the practicum experience is the techniques and processes of performing a physical, psychological, developmental, and nutritional assessment, obtaining a health history, and recording findings. Recognition and interpretation of clinical assessment data will be used to develop both medical and psychiatric differential diagnoses.
