ACCT4030 - Advanced Auditing & Analytics

Spring 2018

This course builds on the foundation of auditing theories and practices to examine advanced auditing topics such as complex auditing judgments, audit analytics, fraud examination, internal audit, and the use of audit software tools. This course reinforces and expands the core auditing skills introduced in Audit I. Topic coverage includes applying planning, risk assessment and analytical procedures to control and substantive testing of assest, liability, equity, revenue and expense cycles. Detail study of the Code of Professional Code of Ethics and case studies are included in this course.
