HRMG6325 - Total Rewards/Compensation

Summer 2018

This course assists in developing decision-making skills in the areas of compensation and employee benefits. The course will focus on the process of enhancing the development and implementation of human resource strategies in these two areas that play an important part in the hiring and retention of employees. The course will stress the role of the human resource function as a key player in assisting the organization in meeting its mission and goals. Students will learn how to design and execute a compensation and benefits package.
