This course focuses on postsecondary institutions and the legal environment, legal processes and current legal issues impacting staff, students, and faculty. It provides an overview of laws, federal and state regulations, and other legal decisions that impact higher education. Students will be engaged in the discussion of ethical decision making within a leadership role.
