Description: Petite Enveloppe Urbaine is an artist-run publication that originated in Montreal in 1998. This edition, "No. 11: Science Fiction as Social Commentary" is a joint release between Montreal and Pittsburgh artists. In addition to the publication's launch, an exhibition featuring all contributors will be the premiere show at SPACE--a new gallery in downtown Pittsburgh--as part of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's "Quebec Festival."
