A personalized, dedicated support system to leverage success in the online education realm 

When we built our online degree program here at Robert Morris, we knew one of our key components must be a robust support system dedicated solely to our online students. Why? Because our online students lead some of the most hectic lives, yet still want and deserve a quality education minus the hassles. That's why we created a team of counselors who are enthusiastic about online education and helping our students build lucrative futures—a team of counselors who have a knack for knocking down hurdles that might deter a student from enrolling or completing their online degree.

As an online degree student at RMU, you'll:

  • Be assigned a personal advisor – a coach, friend, mentor.
  • Have access to your advisor six days per week, nearly 12 hours per day.*

Benefits:

  • You have a consistent contact for educational matters—one advisor, your advisor.
  • You never have to hunt for us. We will always be up-to-date on you—your needs, objectives, schedule, financial aid, degree status, etc.
  • You don't need to concern yourself with remembering enrollment dates. We schedule courses two terms in advance for you.
  • You stay on track for graduation. We maintain your degree completion check sheet.
  • You have ample course selection. We reserve classes solely for online students.
  • You get a jumpstart on course preparation. We provide course assignments weeks ahead.
  • You boost tech competency. We orient you on navigating and understanding the e-learning landscape.
  • You always have technical support, whether it's your advisor or our tech experts.
