It may not seem like it, but spring is just around the corner! For you seniors out there, now’s the time to start getting serious about college. You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by May 1 for maximum aid consideration. The financial aid process will be much easier on you and your parents if they complete and file their taxes electronically before completing the FAFSA. We have already sent hundreds of financial aid award packages to students. Be sure to complete your FAFSA soon! (RMU’s federal school code for the FAFSA is “003359”).
Need help completing your FAFSA? Attend our FAFSA filing workshop on Tuesday, March 4, from 5-7 pm in the admissions office. Our financial aid and admissions staff will be on hand to assist you in completing your 2014 FAFSA form.
Accepted Student Day (Saturday, March 22) gives you an inside look at the RMU experience. Learn about our vibrant residence hall community, our 100+ student activities and organizations, our outstanding internship program, study abroad, Student Engagement Transcript, and much more! If you've already been accepted, register today by calling 412-397-5200 or RSVP online. If your application is in process, you can register once you’re admitted. If you haven't already applied but would like to come to this event, just make sure you apply today.
If you know RMU is where you want to be this fall, we encourage you to submit your $500 deposit to confirm your place in the Class of 2018.
