theaterThe RMU Colonial Theatre produces a wide
variety of professional quality theatrical productions
in the intimate 248 seat Massey Theater. While RMU
offers an academic theater concentration, Colonial
Theatre productions are open to ALL students. The
RMU Stage has played host to Broadway Blockbusters such as West Side Story, Rent, and
Sweeney Todd, as well as classics such as Of
Mice and Men, Grapes of Wrath and the Miracle
Worker. The Colonial Theatre is a place where students create lifelong memories, and forge the lasting friendships.

marchingbandThe Performance Ensembles includes the "RMU Show Band” who performs at football games, and the “RMU Pep Band” that performs at Basketball and Hockey Games, as well as the Dance team, Majorettes, Color Guard, Jazz Band, Brass Quintet, Clarinet Choir and much more.

Colonial Glee is made up of sensational vocalists who perform on campus, and in the surrounding areas. Members of this vocal ensemble receive academic credit for their participation, and learn from some of the most qualified and talented vocal instructors in the area.

galleryThe Wheatley Center is truly a destination for artists on campus. In addition to classrooms, the facility features the 24/7 homework lab for Media Arts students, cafe, student lounge, and the beautiful Media Arts Gallery. A wide variety of artdisplays are held in the Media Arts Gallery, culminating in the annual showcase entitled “The Gold Show.”
