The RMU Internal Audit Department offers  internship opportunities to current RMU Accounting Students who seek real world experience and to become actively involved in the auditing field prior to graduation. Internship lengths vary from summer programs to year-round programs, based on what opportunities are available within the department. Candidates that are chosen for any of these opportunities are exposed to different aspects of the accounting field such as; internal auditing, accounting concepts, enterprise risk management and active involvement with RMU's external auditors.

The RMU Internal Audit Department supports RMU's "Change A Life" initiative by providing internship opportunities which can positively affect a student's life and future career goals.
