Graduating resident students are permitted to stay in the residence halls until Sunday, May 6. Students who wish to stay beyond Saturday, April 28, must register with the Office of Residence Life by 5 p.m. that day.
You may check out of the residence halls at the Office of Residence Life in Washington Hall according to the following schedule:
- Monday-Friday, Apr 30-May 4 - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday, May 5 - 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday, May 6 - 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
RoMo’s Café, located on the plaza level of Nicholson Center, will be open Monday through Friday, Apr 30 - May 4, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Report directly to the International Suite, Level 3, Sewall Center, for distribution of name cards, caps, gowns and honors medallions.

Sewall Center Arena doors open for general seating. Tickets are required for all guests, including young children and those seated in the special needs reserved seating area. Due to space limitations, strollers are not permitted in the arena. Families with young children who may become restless can watch the ceremony live via closed-circuit TV in the children's play area on the third floor (no tickets are required for entrance to this area).
