Women's Leadership and Mentorship Program
Empowering Women and Developing Leaders
Increasing the number of diverse women in leadership roles is critical for achieving gender equity so that individuals, institutions, and society can thrive.
The Women’s Leadership and Mentorship Program fosters inclusive leadership, gender equity, and the advancement of women through multilevel mentoring and professional development programming. Throughout the year, students are exposed to new ideas, perspectives, people, tools, and opportunities that push them to think and act critically around issues of women in leadership.
How the WLMP Works
Each year the WLMP invites 20-25 incoming undergraduate students to participate in a powerful four-year, co-curricular program that combines leadership development, a supportive community, exposure to high-profile opportunities, global education, and networking with regional and national leaders. Together, these activities advance young women’s ability to contribute, lead, and build their future.
In Fall 2021 The WLMP welcomed Cohort 8, bringing the total number of students impacted by the WLMP to 238 women in just 8 years.
