HRMG6500 - Employment Law

Spring 2019

Employment law is a broad area that is composed of federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, administrative rulings, and case law. This course will examine the laws and regulations that affect the employer-employee relationship in the private sector and their impact on the human resource function. Students will be asked to apply the law presented in the tet and to develop solutions to related HR problems through case analyses and threaded discussions.
