The focus of the practicum experience is to identify the impact of family dynamics on the identified patient in addition to providing therapeutic support and psychoeducation. Further emphasis is placed on establishing a therapeutic relationship through family assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
Prerequisites: NURS9110 and NURS9215 or NURS9230 Co-requisite: NURS9510
