The labor relations certificate program is focused on building skills to successfully administer the terms of a bargaining agreement in a workplace represented by organized labor. The certificate is designed to give students skills in grievance handling, arbitration procedures, contract administration, and negotiations. Emphasis is placed on equitable resolutions to problems in the workplace.

The 12-credit graduate certificate is designed as a standalone stackable credential. Credits can also be applied to the 30-credit M.S. degree in Human Resource Management. Courses are offered online in an accelerated 8-week format.
