The Digital Media Arts Consortium (DMAC) is an organization comprised of individuals who share a passion for teaching media. Founded in 1991 as the Television & Video Teachers Consortium (TVT), the organization has grown and changed its focus to more inclusively include all media-related fields, including media arts, television production, video, film and filmmaking, newspaper, communications, visual communications, photography, graphic design, and journalism.  DMAC's goal is to provide a forum where those who teach media-related subjects at the secondary level can network and exchange ideas and resources. Organization members also share technical resources, information and expertise.
