ARTM1015 - Digital Foundations
Spring 2024
This course introduces students to fundamental intersections of art, design and technology.
In a studio environment, which includes lecture, discussion and critique, students will explore several methods and techniques of digital production and distribution to create 2D and 3D artifacts that are informed by the principles of art and design. Students will employ and manipulate analog as well as digital source materials and processes to better understand how media can move seamlessly from one form to another and produce successful solutions to design problems.
