Robert Morris University (RMU) brought together more than 300 students, alumni and sports industry professionals today at the UPMC Events Center for its 2025 Sport Management Student Career Summit, hosted by the Rockwell School of Business.
Some of Pittsburgh’s most recognizable sports figures, including Daniel Rooney, Ryan Shazier and leaders from VisitPittsburgh, the NFL and P3R (Pittsburgh Marathon), will join Robert Morris University (RMU) for its 2025 Sport Management Student Career Summit at the UPMC Events Center.

Heritage
Robert Morris University traces its history to 1921, when it opened its doors as the Pittsburgh School of Accountancy. In 1935 the school took the name of Robert Morris, the Founding Father and Pennsylvanian known as the “Financier of the American Revolution.”
