Philip Harold is an expert in politics and interim dean of the School of Education and Social Sciences after serving as associate dean since 2012. He is also a professor of political science. While at RMU, Dean Harold received a Fulbright Scholarship to research politics and values at Katholische Universitaet in Germany.
