Leadership is an art and a science. It can be developed through self understanding and the acquisition of key interpersonal skills. This course introduces students to leadership theories concepts and skills that can be learned. It also offers students explanations for why and how leadership happens and under what conditions and provides exercises designed to develop students' skills for leadership opportunities.Prerequisite: PSYC1010 or higher; SOCI1010 or higher3 Credits
