As a member of the Center for Student Success team, this student-centered position supports undergraduate recruitment and retention across programs in the assigned areas. Primary responsibilities include academic advising, participating in recruitment initiatives and activities, and serving as a point of contact for undergraduate students within specific departments and programs. Work is performed under the supervision of the Director of the Center for Student Success and includes collaboration with Academic Department Heads and/or other program personnel. This position is a full-time, in-person position during the academic year and may include occasional evening and weekend hours obligations. Flexibility for a hybrid work schedule during other times of the year may be available. |

The Part-Time Circulation Assistants report to the University Librarian. Incumbents will work an average of 12-19 hours per week during the academic year and 8-15 hours per week over the summer to cover Elaine Boyd Library service operations. Work schedules are somewhat flexible but must cover the Library operating hours as indicated and remain as stable as possible during the semester. This is a part-time, not benefit eligible position, limited to no more than 950 hours per calendar year. |

The Programmer-Analyst / Senior Programmer-Analyst role is an integral part of the IT Applications team primarily supporting Business Intelligence (BI) as well as other software projects across the University. This role consists primarily of creating and supporting existing web-based data driven dashboards, data driven reports, SQL-PL/SQL queries, data integration (middleware) and related data mining / data analysis activities. General software support and related activities are also a part of this role. Advanced data mining, data analysis and associated SQL skills are required. Experience with relational database(s) such as Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL*Server is required; experience utilizing vendor APIs for data integration purposes and working with cloud/SaaS software solutions is strongly desired. Experience developing data driven dashboards, SQL based reports and data integration solutions (sFTP file transfer and/or API use) and performing associated data analysis is required. Ellucian higher education product suite experience including Banner, Insights, DataConnect and Ethos is strongly desired. Evisions Argos reporting and SQL*Server reporting services (SSRS) report development experience is also desired.
