Area of Expertise/Research

  • Dr. Judit Trunkos joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor of Political Science in the Fall of 2022. Dr. Trunkos earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. She has taught various Political Science courses including International Relations, European Studies, Cyber Diplomacy, Soft Power and American Government. Dr. Trunkos' research focuses on countries' soft power use. She is specifically interested in how countries use tools of sports diplomacy and cultural diplomacy with each other.
