Join certified instructor Gina Wilkes for safe and effective movement, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to support health, resilience, and personal growth. You’ll be able to take these techniques with you outside of this class to help alleviate stressors at any time. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat, towel, and/or cushion on which to sit.
If you are new to movement classes, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, this class will provide a comfortable space to introduce you to these practices. The 45-minute class begins promptly at 6:00 PM.

This is a chance to unwind after a long day and take some time to focus on YOU! The program is open to anyone who ever served in the US military. Attendees are welcome to bring a spouse or friend who hasn't served.
