A new year, a new you! Join certified instructor Gina Wilkes to learn safe and effective movement, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to manage stress and anxiety. You can take these techniques with you outside of this class to help alleviate stressors at any time.

This program is open to anyone who has ever served in the U.S. military and a guest. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
