The certificate program in project management deals with the application of leading edge project management tools and techniques in realistic business settings. It examines project management roles and environments, the project life cycle, various techniques of work planning, and control and evaluation to achieve project objectives through tools currently available to project managers.

The 12-credit graduate certificate is designed as a standalone stackable credential. Credits can also be applied to the 30-credit M.B.A. Courses are offered online in an accelerated 8-week format.
