The undergraduate certificate in operations management is a 12-credit program designed to allow students to develop operations knowledge and related quantitative decision-making skills. Recent events such as the Covid pandemic and supply chain disruptions once again underlined the criticality of logistics, operations, and supply chain management in today’s global, complex, and dynamic business environment. Complex business problems related to operations can be solved by applying a broad set of operations strategies, business process design, production planning and control, and quality management. Upon completing the program, students should be equipped with the knowledge and skills the employers seek and be better prepared for future employment in operations-related fields.

Designed as a stackable credential, the program can be enrolled in independently or as part of an undergraduate degree.
