This course introduces issues and concepts about technological development and its impact upon individuals organizations society and culture. Information technology's impact upon organizational and societal structures is studied in depth. A theoretical framework is developed for understanding the relationship between technology and its environment including ethical and legal dimensions.Prerequisite: 12 credits3 Credits
