Health Administration Minor

The health administration minor is a beneficial minor for students interested in administration within their major. The minor is composed of three required HSA overview courses with two elective courses chosen by the student. The elective courses include law and ethics, quality management and performance improvement, data analytics, policy, strategic planning, accounting, marketing or human resources. The minor provides the student with career advantage compared to those professionals without the minor applying for administrative positions. Common majors interested in the minor are nursing, nuclear medicine, pre-med, business, communication, organizational leadership and engineering.
